Plant 1

The biggest amongst the three manufacturing facilities, this 4.2-acre plant is equipped with 3 turret punching machines, imported from Amada from Japan. These result in faster, more productive, and higher grade sheet metal fabrication.
The plant also has 5 bending machines that provide high precision, high-speed bending of panel parts. Assembly is done with the help of conveyorized rollers, which are deployed for heavy-duty assembly line systems and make production lines safe and efficient. The plant has separate sheds demarcated for engine and alternator storage.

Plant 2

Meeting the strong demand for Jaycee products headway, the second plant was commissioned in 2017. Special machinery at this plant includes a Turret Punching machine of Trumpf imported from Germany. It adds versatility to the processing line, increases productivity, and helps get the best part quality.
The plant is also equipped with 3 high precision bending machines, and separate welding and grinding stations that ensure the safety of personnel from the projection of sparks and metal chips produced by welding machines.
One of the most modern plants in the industry, the Powder Coating plant imported from Wagner, Germany maximizes coating efficiency and thickness uniformity throughout the coating zones. It has a CNC controlled reciprocator to get good quality finished goods.

Plant 3

Jaycee set up a new plant in Prithla, Haryana in December 2018 for the manufacture of electrical stamping up to 1200mm.
The plant is equipped with high-speed presses with progressive tools, enabling the production of precise parts with high cutting accuracy. The specialized facilities include 2 high-speed Notching Machines. These provide high levels of flexibility‚ along with precision, for manufacturing higher diameter stamping up to 1200mm.
Supporting equipment includes Surface Grinder, High Perm Furnace, and Die Casting Vertical Machine - which allows advance casting process. For testing, a Watt Loss Meter is used to evaluate material grade and a Profile Projector inspects the manufactured parts.
CMM enables complex measurements, and instruments like Vernier Caliper for linear measurements and Go, NoGo gauges for circular measurements are in application.
